Mollie McGlocklin is the creator of Sleep Is A Skill. She helps people get better sleep through a unique blend of technology, accountability, and behavioral change. She can help you address the psychology, physiology, and environmental issues that mess up your sleep.

After a lifetime of poor sleep habits that culminated in a bout of insomnia that lasted for months, she dug deep into the psychology, physiology, and environmental issues that affect sleep. With a background in psychology & human behavior, she went down the rabbit hole to solve her own sleep disturbances without sleeping aids. What came out of that personal search was the realization that sleep is a skill that can be learned.

She began sharing what she discovered with other sleep sufferers and found that these skills really worked. Today, she has helped hundreds of people improve their sleep. She’s now spent the past three years traveling the world to test sleep quality in different environments across the globe and share what she has discovered, and sharing the forgotten skill set of sleep.
