Peggy Sealfon is an internationally-known expert on dealing with stress, fear and anxiety and helps people improve their health, relationships, and find their life’s purpose.

She wrote the best-selling book Escape from Anxiety – Supercharge Your Life With Powerful Strategies from A to Z, and is co-author of The Change–Insights Into Self-Empowerment, with Jim Britt (who was Tony Robbins’ first mentor).

She was a journalist in New York City, Peggy and has written articles for publications around the world, including the New York Times and Newsweek International. She blends eastern and western traditions from mindfulness and spirituality to functional medicine, modern psychology, nutrition and the neurosciences. She also teaches sports performance workshops and works with a lot of male clients.

She has a PhD in reinventing herself from the University of Hard Knocks and now helps others deal with the world a bit better and find their path to purpose. She is a fun person.
