In this episode I chat with Jake Dermer, the founder of Do It At Your Desk. Get your mind out of the gutter. This is a company dedicated to helping office workers live healthier, more-active, and pain-free lives.
He got his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and for over 10 years has been a strength coach, wellness consultant, personal trainer, and fitness writer.
His goal  is simple – to rid the world of neck and back pain caused by working a desk job.
