How to embrace failure and become stronger.
My next guest is Miha Matlievski from Slovenia. He dropped out of high school to chase his dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur. After 12 years of hard work, he had built four successful businesses and a personal net worth of $15 Million dollars.
But during the fallout from the global financial crisis of 2008 and 2009 he got a call from his bank, they decided to foreclose on his real estate investments, and his world came crashing down. All four companies dominoed into bankruptcy. At 30-years old he was $5M in debt.
Time passed with death threats and thoughts of suicide until he finally took responsibility and came to terms with what had happened – he had failed. It was his fault. In 2014, he created a new startup, generating eight figures in less than a year and his story went viral in Slovenia.
Now, he helps entrepreneurs around the world embrace failure, and have a healthy relationship with failure, so they can reach higher levels of success. He is the Fail Coach. Because it will happen.
